LaShawnda Rhymes-Jones currently serves as the Accountant/Human Resource Manger for the Love Not Blood Campaign. LaShawnda earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration with a minor in Sociology from San Diego State University (SDSU). LaShawnda holds a Master of Arts in Education degree from University of Phoenix. LaShawnda possesses a wealth of knowledge, passion, and experience in helping those in the most marginalized communities. LaShawnda’s work experience encompasses several positions within the Health and Human Services Agency. Her most eye-opening experience, to the plight of some of the most marginalized communities, was that of a Child Welfare Services-Protective Services Worker. She currently works as a Code Enforcement Officer addressing matters related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
