Nothing can be worst than not knowing what to do after your loved one has been murdered by the police. There was no help for us when it happen to us 13 years ago. On January 1st 2009, my nephew Oscar Grant was murdered by the Bart police department. No impacted family that had lost a love one stood and walk us through that extremely tough time. There were no guidance given on how to get accountability for my nephew. It was then that I realized that this should be experience by any impacted family of police violence.
